When you submit our enquiry / "Brief Us" form or email us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, company, email address, country or target market, product category and specifications, target quantity and price, certification requirements, your message, and any file you choose to attach.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider and any analytics we use may process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used for security, to keep the Site working, and to understand aggregate usage.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a feasibility assessment, supplier shortlist, or quotation;
To provide, negotiate and deliver sourcing and supply-chain services you request;
To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site;
To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep records; and
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (for EU/UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. when you choose to contact us); steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract and performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and Site; and compliance with legal obligations. 5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us operate, and where required by law. These currently include:

Web3Forms — delivers our contact-form submissions to our inbox;
Cloudflare — hosting (Cloudflare Pages), content delivery and security;
Google Fonts — serves the Site's web fonts (your IP may be processed by Google when fonts load);

professional advisers, and authorities where legally required.

6. International transfers

We are based in China and our providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally (including out of the EU/UK), we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on providers' contractual safeguards. 7. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are stored by our form provider for a limited period (currently around 30 days on our plan) and then deleted; copies that reach our email are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Technical/analytics data is kept in aggregate or for limited periods.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority. 9. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under [16].
